Just a few things to note
Our stunning faux floral range come pre-cut, assembled and tied in secure postal boxes so they will need minimal arranging when delivered. These amazingly, realistic artificial flowers also make the perfect gift and can be shipped straight to their door, complete with an optional personalised card.
Please note, as our flower arrangements are handmade there may vary slightly to the images shown. All arrangements are made to order and require a 2-week processing period. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will endeavour to assist you if possible.
Bespoke options are available for all arrangements. If you would like particular colours, flowers or size, please feel free to contact us and we will be only too happy to help.

Exchange, Returns and refunds
All arrangements are made to order therefore we do not accept returns or provide exchanges if you change your mind. If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Care and Maintenance
We recommend you follow these simple care instructions:
- Place your faux blooms out of direct sunlight
- Use a clean soft bristle brush/feather duster to gently remove dust from leaves, petals & stems as required
- In the event of extreme weather, outdoor products should be taken inside
